Em 2026, a St. Paul’s comemora seu centen\u00e1rio e um novo plano estrat\u00e9gico foi elaborado com o objetivo de tornar a escola reconhecida por fornecer uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o hol\u00edstica brit\u00e2nica e brasileira de alta qualidade, e reconhecida por seus valores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Assim sendo, foram estabelecidos valores-chave e metas para suportar essa estrat\u00e9gia. Coube \u00e0 Funda\u00e7\u00e3o St. Paul\u2019s o papel de ajudar a escola a sustentar o pilar da inclus\u00e3o, com a ousada meta de ter 10% do Senior School de bolsistas, o que significa arcar com 50 bolsas de estudos at\u00e9 2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

E para tornar isso poss\u00edvel, a comunidade St. Paul’s, formada por familiares de alunos e ex-alunos, dever\u00e1 estar cada vez mais unida por nossa causa. Precisamos fortalecer consideravelmente a nossa rede de apoio para tornar a iniciativa do Endowment sustent\u00e1vel, permitindo assim, o financiamento em perpetuidade dos alunos bolsistas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A Funda\u00e7\u00e3o St. Paul\u2019s tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 programando fazer e estar presente em muitos mais eventos para aumentar a nossa capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos. Ainda, para estimular as doa\u00e7\u00f5es, a FABEC, mantenedora da escola, continua com a pol\u00edtica de match-up, onde a cada R$ 1,00 doado \u00e0 Funda\u00e7\u00e3o a FABEC repassar\u00e1 mais R$ 1,00 para o Endowment, at\u00e9 atingir o montante de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Em paralelo, estamos aprimorando nossa governan\u00e7a, elaborando e revendo processos e buscando mais parcerias com apoiadores que nos ajudem com servi\u00e7os aos nossos bolsistas para possibilitar a sua real inclus\u00e3o na escola.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Assim, trabalhando todos juntos — Funda\u00e7\u00e3o, escola e comunidade, proporcionaremos um ambiente muito mais diverso para todos os nossos alunos. Al\u00e9m disso, poderemos continuar atingindo o principal objetivo da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o St. Paul\u2019s que \u00e9 transformar vidas atrav\u00e9s da educa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
